Hi! I’m Kiris—a strategist, curriculum architect, and lifelong learner. My career began in marketing and adult education, eventually evolving into leading enterprise learning initiatives in high-clearance, high-stakes environments.

While I’ve spent much of the past decade supporting government clients, I’m actively transitioning into roles that offer greater creative flexibility, collaboration, and innovation.

What sets me apart is the way I combine instructional design rigor with a visual, modular mindset. I’m as comfortable mapping out a 6-week blended learning journey as I am coaching SMEs, managing deliverables, and interpreting learner data to guide decisions.
